Param Setups from Frame Editor

Description of the image
When ASTER is placed on the frame editor of CF25, The initial settings of the extension can be selected from the Properties.

The flag that is on by Default is the display of a Pop-up window for Error checking.

Flags that are only modifiable through Properties Cannot have their settings changed after the application is running.
